Making a Game About Squirrels
Starleaf Studios was founded in Lincoln, NE by a group of college artists who wanted to create a video game for their senior capstone project. The team behind Starleaf aims to create gameplay experiences rooted in the foundations of storytelling. This led to the discussion and eventual creation of their very first game, Squirrel Game. When concepting Squirrel Game, the team decided to found Starleaf Studios as a launching point for their personal endeavors and as a way to break into their own artistry outside of their school work
